blunted affect

blunted affect 是个医学名词
blunted,就好象钝了的刀一样
心理学中，blunted affect表示一个人目无表情，表情呆滞
就算开心伤心，脸上都是那一零一的表情。
昨天考试时，DR 就用了这个词形容我~~@_@
我知道我不笑时是有点凶，有点酷，有点冷漠，有点不好亲近，有点窜
相信我，真的只是一点点而已。
可是今天DR 竟然说我跟病人说话时：expressionless,cool,numb,blunted affect..etc
有那么糟糕吗？haih~~~
平白没事笑那么多干嘛叻？？
我的脸生来就是这个款的啦
看来真的要经常运动一下下我的脸部肌肉了。。



真的有酱糟糕吗？？评评理吧~~
